The FOURTEKS Multifunction Pulp Tester (MPT) Diagnostic Device employs three methods of evaluating the pulpal vitality of teeth (heat, cold, and electronic pulp test), and incorporates a transillumination tool to detect tooth fractures in a single handheld, portable package. The device provides precise control of cold and hot temperatures, eliminating risk of patient injury, and allows switching between hot and cold stimuli instantly, reducing test time and patient anxiety. The Electric Pulp Tester (EPT) measures the vitality of the dental pulp by generating electric pulses that are transmitted to the nerve tissue by an electrode in order to stimulate a sensory response.
